Ameeri Jewellery – Returns & Exchanges

At Ameeri Jewellery, every piece is crafted with care, precision, and attention to detail. We want you to feel confident and delighted with your purchase. As our jewelry is made to order and handled with utmost care, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or faulty.

1. Eligibility for Return / Exchange

Returns or exchanges are only accepted if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival.

You must notify us within 24 hours of delivery if your item has arrived damaged.

2. Condition for Approval

To qualify for a replacement or refund due to damage:

  • The item must be unused and in original condition.

  • All original packaging, tags, and certificates must be included.

  • Clear photos or videos showing the damage must be provided.

3. Items Not Eligible for Return

Since we do not accept returns unless damaged, the following items are always non-returnable:

  • Custom-made or engraved pieces

  • Earrings (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards

  • Final-sale items

  • Any item without proof of damage

4. Refunds or Replacement for Damaged Items

Once we receive your return request and review the evidence:

  • We will arrange a replacement or issue a full refund.

  • Refunds can be processed to your original payment method or as store credit.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for refund processing.

5. Return Shipping for Damaged Items

If the item is confirmed damaged:

  • We will cover the return shipping cost.

  • We will provide instructions for safe return using an insured, trackable courier.

6. International Orders

International customers must also report damage within 24 hours of delivery.
Customs duties and taxes are non-refundable.
